On a rare occasion, the shop sometimes doesn't send the email.
This can possibly be a delay, so it's advised to wait 30 minutes at the most.
Be sure to check your spam folder and make sure that you used the correct email.
If you still didn't receive the account information, create a ticket in the shop or contact me directly.

EA sometimes has a delay when sending their emails.
You have to wait at least 1-2 minutes and then you can press the resend button.
Also, be sure to periodically press the refresh button inside of the email.

Do I have to use the shop or can I buy it directly?

You don't have to use the shop if you don't want to.
If you contact me, we can do the sale directly.

I am using a payment method that I don't see in the shop.

It depends on the payment method, but if you contact me directly, I will see if it's something I can accept.
Most common payment methods accepted: Amazon US Giftcards, Google Play Giftcards, Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL etc.)

How long will the temporary email last?

The temporary emails will last quite awhile.
While I do suggest using your own email as soon as possible, the temporary emails will not be deleted.
The only reason an email might not work is if the host is down or the domains don't get renewed.
In the case that I don't plan to renew a domain, I will not create accounts with that domain 3 months before it's expiration.

I keep seeing: "Please check your network connection and try again."

This is a known bug inside of PvZ Heroes. Don't worry, online still works just fine.
I have found that if you turn your Wifi or Data off and then on again, it will fix it.
You can also restart PvZ Heroes and try again.
